I-O Data has just introduced a new network DVD player in Japan (hopefully later in the States) that is going to have the rest of the world’s connected home entertainment geeks drooling. The AVeL LinkPlayer (MSRP $299), which is probably the closest thing to network DVD player nirvana, features 802.11b/g connectivity via its built-in antenna and chipset, compatible with WMV9 (capable of Hi-Def 1280×720 resolution), as well as, just about every popular digital video/audio/photo format you’d want, DVI port, and a USB 2.0 connector so users can playback files from a digital camera, USB flash drive, USB flash card reader, or for attaching an external USB hard drive… no, ale po co ja to cytuję? w Media Markcie są tańsze…
