Sometimes I chuckle imagining Nietzsche attempting to give a lecture at a modern day American university. He would have broken every \u201cblasphemy law\u201d in his first sentence; he would likely cause massive panic attacks and would probably end up in jail. And yet, battalions of postmodernists, pop-psychologists, and self-improvement guru\u2019s quote him without a shadow of reservation. It all would be hilarious if it weren\u2019t so sad; we are more concerned with decorum than we are concerned with learning; we lost the compass of intellectual integrity.
